My  approach is to help a person gain insight into their situation and empower them to make positive changes that will have real life results.  The whole focus is to help gain deeper self-awareness and greater control. This  sometimes includes recovering  from past hurts.  All this leads to improved self respect, greater self confidence and movement towards living in a way that brings more fulfilment and life satisfaction.
